Strengthening ESG Capabilities and Improving Disclosure
In 2019, company leaders at a national retailer, distributor and manufacturer of sleep innovations sought a strategic partner to draft initial ESG disclosures, develop and guide ESG strategy and reporting and accelerate ESG initiatives.
Our work has included Board and leadership education and counsel, project management, writing and designing multiple annual ESG reports and active involvement in supporting the launch and implementation of new ESG policies, programs and practices.
Company leaders are now confidently driving ESG efforts, informing and engaging the broader organization and boldly pursuing new goals. The company’s ESG knowledge and maturity have significantly increased and its ESG ratings now position it among the top 5 in its peer group.
